Returns:

 Due to the long creating and processing time on orders I do not offer refunds or exchanges as it will delay other paid orders.  If your item is damaged during the shipping process you may contact with me with photographic proof and we can discuss the options available.

Shipping:

 I strive to make and create your order as quickly as possible, and will notify you as soon as they are complete and shipped. I ship all packages priority mail, tracking numbers are included with that service.
